What is the difference between human hair and synthetic wigs?
Human hair wigs offer the most natural look and feel, allowing for heat styling and custom coloring just like your own hair. Synthetic wigs are pre-styled and maintain their shape after washing, but generally do not tolerate high heat or chemical changes.
How long does shipping take for my Ywigs order?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the continental US, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags and lace intact. For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, cut, or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I use heat styling tools on my wig?
Yes, if you have purchased a 100% human hair wig or a heat-friendly synthetic wig, you can use flat irons or curling wands. We recommend using a heat protectant spray and keeping the temperature below 350°F to maintain fiber longevity.
How do I choose the right cap size?
Most of our wigs come in a standard 'Average' size, which fits 90% of customers. We include adjustable straps and combs for a secure fit. You can find a measurement guide on our product pages to help you measure your head circumference accurately.
