Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the wig in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, hair nets, and promotional gifts are included in the box.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our fulfillment center for inspection.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the item is in its original state, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
